The spring 2013 girls track season at Upper Moreland Middle School begins Monday March 18, 2013.
All practices are after school during the week from 2:30-4:05. The team can take the 4:15 bus home or can get picked up by a parent. All meets begin between 3:15 and 3:30.
All girls in 7th and 8th grade are welcome to come out for the team. There are NO CUTS...so come out and get fit!
Events include hurdles, sprints, long distance, and field events which include long jump, high jump and shot put. So...you don't have to be fast to be on the track team. There is an event for everyone.
Make sure you have a completed PIAA physical form before practices begin. No student is allowed to participate without proper paperwork.

Team Pictures/Uniforms
Team pictures will be Tuesday April 3rd. Order forms were given out today 3-28. Girls are to wear their uniforms to practice. If the girls want to wear tee shirts under their tanks, they must be purple.
Please try not to dry the uniforms in the dryer. They will last longer and will be less likely to get damaged.

We will have practice every day, Monday thru Friday, 2:30 to 4:15 starting Thursday March 15th. There will be no practice on Friday 3-16, Friday 3-23 or Friday 3-30.
